Beginners Guide To Controlled Remote Viewing

Remote Viewing (RV) is the practice of seeking impressions about a distant or unseen target, using Extra Sensory Perception (ESP). Controlled Remote Viewing (CRV) is a written method which allows a person to access his or her own intuition. Learning CRV will allow the remote viewer to describe a target photo, hidden in an envelope, of any specific location, person, structure or object, anywhere in all of time or space!

The protocols and structure of CRV allow the Controlled Remote Viewer to bring information which lies hidden within the subconscious mind to the surface and objectify it. The CRV process is designed to help the Viewer set aside the normal disturbances and imagination that is inherent in any intuitive process, and extract the information seeked.

For a beginner at CRV, the structure and methodology of the CRV process can be introduced as a step-by-step guide through actual sessions, utilizing real and progressively more complex target photos.

Step 1 - Identifying A Target

You will need someone else to prepare the target for you, because you must not see the picture beforehand! The person helping you will choose a picture and seal it in an envelope. (so there is no way you can see the target) and mark it with a set of numbers or letters. The photo should be somewhere here on Earth and should be something that you know is a real place in a specific area and provide coordinates to the remote viewer, if a complete beginner.

Step 2 - Calming The Mind And Body

This is a very self explanatory step but can prove to be easier said then done. Meditation is the best way to get yourself into the correct state of mind. The goal is to raise awareness whilst dampening your conscious mind. Try breathing exercises beforehand. Try to gaze into the void you have created in your head, watch it like a movie screen. Focus on nothing but the void, if you find your mind wandering, immediately refocus yourself on the void. Once you are completely relaxed you are ready to start remote viewing.

Step 3 - Receiving Data

Whilst in your meditative state, focus on the number/letters written on the front of the envelope and coordinates if provided. See it in your mind. If you want to say it out loud to reinforce feel free. Let the information come to you and begin to notice when things appear, whether it be in form of sight, smell, touch, or emotion. Notice the little things. Learn to separate ego from mind and allow the information to come. Looking for the information or forcing it will do more harm than good. When you see. feel, taste or smell something you believe is important draw it or write it down on a sheet of paper.

Step 4 - Make Sense Of The Puzzle

Often when remote viewing, images, words, smells, feelings and emotions come in random form and not sequentially or chronologically. So study the information you have and intuitively create some order. Then return back through the above steps to fill in any gaps within the information already received.

I have personally developed CRV over time, to enable me to successfully provide detailed information of the whereabouts of missing persons or objects for clients. Upon further investigation, these have proven to be accurate and have led to either successfully finding missing persons or objects, or provided some consolation and resolution, if the the missing person has indeed passed away, generally in suspicious circumstances.
