Accessing Your Akashic Records

The Akashic Records, which are otherwise known as the "Book of Life" or the "Akash", indeed hold vibrational records of everything in existence. Every word, thought, emotion, action, thing, planet, being, consciousness, soul, personality and idea that ever has been and that ever has the possibility to be in the future has a record which is stored energetically in the Akashic Record.

In Theosophy and Anthroposophy, the Akashic Records comes from akasha, (Sanskrit ākāśa आकाश , word for 'sky' 'space' or 'æther') are a compendium of mystical knowledge encoded in a non-physical plane of existence known as the astral plane. The Akashic Records are a dimension of consciousness which is far more vast, complex, and high vibrational than can be explained in terms of a library or computer. The very records of each and every soul throughout the course of its journey through time, space, physical and non-physical reality are held within the very fabric of creation. It contains information about your soul journey and mission in this lifetime and what energy you have come to learn and leave behind in the physical world. It also contains information about your life on earth, the people you are destined to meet and the lifestyle you are destined to create for yourself. One of the main reasons comparing it to a library or computer is so limiting is that this vibrational body of consciousness and information is stored in it's entirety, everywhere, at all times. It's like a cosmic internet which can be connected to from anywhere in the cosmos. In other words all of the records and knowledge of everything, is stored and continually updated and able to be accessed from within everything. Even though the Akasha is known as the ‘Book of Life’ it is not actually written as a book, rather it is a stored energetic blueprint of your frequency that allows you to access all of this information. The Akashic Records are an experiential body of knowledge that contains the energetic signatures of the origin of souls, previous lifetimes, soul intentions and purposes, and future points of choice and possibility. With each and every choice, thought and action, the Akashic Records change and are updated in each and every moment. Your soul contract is also contained within your Akashic Record and can give you clarity and insight on how to align with your highest path and move forward with your life.

How Are The Akashic Records Updated

The Akashic Records are also constantly being created, updated and added to. They don’t imply that your future is set in stone, but rather they hold information about your spiritual lessons and evolution in this lifetime and from past lifetimes. This is one of the main roles of the powerful multi-faceted and multi-dimensional Archangel Metatron. Archangel Metatron energetically encodes and records in the Akashic Record everything that happens throughout existence. Due to this close work with the records, Archangel Metatron can also help you to gain access to the records of your soul, and to that which will serve you on your journey now. Be aware there are things which are stored in the records which would change your point of choice in the present, and that you're meant to discover for yourself. Although these things are indeed recorded in the Akashic Record, vibrationally you may be blocked from access at a certain point time, and then later, once you've learned the prerequisite of what you needed to know, the vibrational record on this matter will open up for you. In other words it's all stored there, but governed by Divine Will and so you'll only access that which is in alignment with what you're meant to know now, according to Divine Will. When looking for information on certain parallel lives or future possibilities, I've encountered records I couldn't access. I saw they were there, but just out of reach. If this happens for you, trust that you will align with the information on Divine time, and keep exploring in other areas.

How to Access Your Akashic Records

Through accessing the Akashic Records of your soul, you can align with past skills and resources, heal present blockages tied to the past, and learn about and heal the future from the present. The Akashic Records are everywhere, they're around you right now, and by attuning your consciousness to them you can tune into the knowledge, wisdom, healing and truth held within. To find your way into the Akashic Records you must consciously align through meditation. Just like an analogy of a radio… The stream of music is playing, but you have to have your radio set to the right station to pick up the frequency. In this case you're like the radio, and the stream of consciousness which is the Akashic Record is all around you and by entering into a relaxed meditative state you can tune into the right frequency. You must believe in what you are doing. If you are skeptical about your abilities or about the existence of your blueprint, you may have trouble reaching your record. You must keep an open mind through your practice and understand that it may take time before you can fully receive your records. Focus on viewing your own record in a non-judgmental way. Be prepared that you may see some information that is uncomfortable or that is resisted by your ego. Also understand that you may be blocked off from seeing certain information in your record. Know that whatever information is released to you is done so for your greater good and higher purpose. Also accept that this record is about your soul journey in this lifetime, not about predicting the future. Feel safe and have a white light of protection around you during your practice. If you don’t feel safe, chances are you won’t be able to delve into the library as efficiently as you would like. Remember to protect yourself with crystals or a white light before going in to practice and know that nothing can hurt you. Find a quiet and comfortable place to meditate and close your eyes. Start by taking some deep breaths as you begin to focus within.

Akashic Record Meditation

Ask to be surrounded with Divine White Light, and call upon Archangel Metatron to help you access the Akashic Record for knowledge, wisdom, healing, and truth. Allow yourself to simply be and breathe for a while. Imagine breathing in white light, and as you exhale let go of tension, stress and pain. Breathe in the white light filled with positive energy, love, relaxation and strength, and when you exhale let go.

Enter Within

The Akashic Records are held within a very pure fine and light frequency, and so you'll need to lift in vibration to gain access. When you're ready, ask Metatron to consciously guide you into the consciousness of the Akashic Records. Imagine an elevator of light appears before you and opens it's doors. Visualize yourself stepping in, and when the doors close behind feel yourself lift. As the elevator rises into the light, feel yourself moving into closer alignment with Source, Spirit, and All That Is. Let your heart open as you begin to tune into the infinite connections of Divine Source flowing throughout All That Is. Feel your mind expanding, your heart opening, and the peaceful energy of love, light and joy washing over you as the elevator of light continues to lift. Go up as long as you're guided. Then when the elevator seems to stop and the doors open, step into the sacred space before you. Know that you've arrived, and you're submersed in the conscious realm that is the Akashic Records. Allow yourself to simply be here for a while. Notice the knowledge encoded within the light that is all around you. Feel the vast and intricately connected records belonging to each and every soul. Notice how each soul is closely tied to another, how each individual choice ripples out far and wide and influencing all. Notice your connection to the records, to the Universe, to everyone and everything, and when you're ready… Think of a situation or question you would like insight regarding. Ask your question, and allow the answer to appear in the way and shape which is right for you. You may get the sense Metatron is handing you a book, a mental movie or scene may flash across your mind's eye or you may simply download the knowledge of lifetimes, information, or the insights which will most serve you now. You may find the answers and knowing seem to simply emerge from the light that is all around, but be open. You may receive information in an entirely different and unique way. Just know that you're being assisted and guided to tune into knowledge which will serve you.
